Build awareness and write specifications for USG SECUROCK Roof Boards and SECUROCK EXOAIR 430 products and systems. Responsible for increasing sales and profits by developing key relationships with: roofing and building envelope consultants, roof systems manufacturers, architects, building owners, general contractors, code officials and facility managers, etc.
Become the technical sales expert for all non purchasing roofing influencers. Implement roofing sales strategies. Meet sales goals by working closely with their corresponding USG Commercial Roofing Regional Sales managers to prioritize targets identified in the strategic sales plan for the region.
Monitor specification activity and adjust concentration accordingly.
Achieve specification goals by proactively tracking large projects with assigned roof consultants, selling USG SECUROCK Roof Boards, USG Structural Panels, USG Securock ExoAir 430 and communicating project opportunity to the overall roofing team.
Optimize internal communication to ensure appropriate information is shared effectively. Manage administrative duties, maintain budget, follow price and policy guidelines, minimize deductions, etc.
